Mexican wedding Cake
A traditional Mexican style wedding cake are round balls that look like snowballs which are piled high on a tray and served at any special occasion including weddings. Tropical fruit cake soaked in rum is another traditional Mexican dessert. Mexican delights that can be offered with cake or in lieu of cake all together, are a flan, which is a custard dessert that is covered in a caramel sauce, fried ice cream, a delicious treat of vanilla ice cream that has been rolled in cinnamon and sugar fried flakes.
